V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Summary

Photo/Map, Description and Before Tax - The opening summary now only shows before tax information, and will show description and a map or photo if the information is provided. The photo will always be the first one in the photo list.

V22.00 Enh - Map Address during 'Publish to Web'

To make the quick and easy website more fulfilling the map address and description are now added on the same dialog as choosing the password during the 'Publish to Web' process rather than having go to the Web Publishing Center. The Map Address defaults to the address you entered for this analysis previously (if any). This address is used to obtain a map for the property, and should contain appropriate information to define the map, such as City / State / Zipcode. Alternatively, you may enter the Google Map Longitude / Latitude coordinates here. To obtain Google Map coordinates, right-click on the map location desired, choose "What's here" from the menu and copy the coordinates from the Google search box (for example: 41.879387,-87.625004).

V22.00 Enh - Summary Description during 'Publish to Web'

To make the quick and easy website more fulfilling a description that shows on the opening summary screen can now be added on the same dialog as choosing the password during the 'Publish to Web'. A full description can still be added with the title pages that gets it's own tab.

V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Printing

There is now a "Print View" that shows on almost all tabs when clicked, that will open the report shown in a new window in a print friendly format. For instance, if your customer clicks the Assumptions tab, the assumptions will show and the tab changes to Assumptions (print view). If your customer clicks the (print view) the assumptions report will open in a new windows in a print friendly format. Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer have the best printing options.

V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Graphs

Opening Graphs - The Opening Graph for investments and developments is 'Cash Flow Before Tax' with the IRR and Total Profit in the title. The Opening Graph for partnerships is 'Group Member Projection (per Unit)' with the IRR and Total Profit in the title.

Cash Flow Graphs - A new category of graphs is now shown that uses the data in the cash flow tab.

Partnership Cash Flow Graphs - A new category of graphs is now shown that uses the data in the partnership tab.

The proforma income graphs are now accessed by choosing the 'Graph Proforma Income' Menu item.

V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Cash Flow Tab

A new tab called "Cash Flow" now appears before the "Proforma Income" tab and contains the same information a the Basic Analysis Horizontal View. The title's 'Before Tax Cash Flow Projection', 'Taxable Income Projection', and 'After Tax Cash Flow Projection' are underlined in the report and bring up a dialog similar to the vertical view of the Basis Analysis, and if you have the monthly extension a monthly tab will be sown at the top. The "Print View" is available for all these reports. If you have turn off the after tax open in the proforma income statement before using the 'Publish to Web' this report will only be before tax.

V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Documents

At the Web Publishing Center there is a Documents button at the top that will enable you to add links to documents/websites with a title and description. The links can be to other sites, or you can upload .pdf documents to the planEASe site (10mb limit).

V22.00 Enh - Financial Analysis Website Photo Title and Description

Name Change - At the Web Publishing Center the "Map & Photos" button has been replaced with a "Photos" button, becuase the map address and description are now part of the 'Publish to Web' process.

Link to Photo - Now upload your photos, and then link to them. This means if you have a photo that you want to use on many financial analysis websites you can upload it once and link to the same photo. Also, if you wan to have high resolution photos that you have on you own website you can link to those as well.

Title a Description - When you link to the photo you can add a title and description that will be displayed when your client click the photo.
