The goal of planEASe support is to help you have a successful real estate analysis. Technical support for planEASe software includes:

Normal Support

• Access to support resources on our planEASe Customer Support Website
• E-mail support

Annual Subscriptions also includes

• Telephone Support is Provided as response to an emailed question.
• Two "check your work" reviews, where we will look over a finished analysis for planEASe structure mistakes. The results will be sent by email.

planEASe Technical Support applies only to planEASe licensed software products.
