Video Title: Investment Overview
- video duration: 0:25 minutes
- direct link to this video:https://www.planease.com/commercial-real-estate-video-training.aspx?1=Investment
The investment page is where you put in the price of the property in the beginning and the data acquisition, the holding period, which could be anywhere from one to nine and years, and how you're going to sell the property at the end. If you're going to be doing development, you don't put in a price, and if you're doing unit sales, you also don't put in a capital gain sale. You only have one general investment page per file, and there's no audit or notes associated with the general investment page.
