How to create PDF files from planEASe — planEASe has no built-in PDF creator but works well with third-party PDF tools, most commonly Adobe Acrobat. With Adobe Acrobat installed, a print driver called "Adobe PDF" or "Adobe Acrobat Distiller" becomes available.
Steps for each report or graph: File / Print, select the Adobe PDF print driver instead of a physical printer, click Print — prompts for a file name (e.g. "01planEASe"), Save — creates the PDF and automatically opens it in Adobe Acrobat. Repeat for each report and graph you want to include, using sequential file names (e.g. 02, 03) to keep them organized.
Combining multiple PDFs into one document: in Adobe Acrobat, File / Create PDF / From Multiple Files — check "Include All Open PDF Documents" — Acrobat lists all the individually printed files. Click OK to combine them into one document, then Save As with a final file name (e.g. "Binder 1"). Result: a single combined PDF containing all the individual reports and graphs printed from planEASe, in the order combined.
This same printer-driver method works with any PDF creation software installed on the machine, not just Adobe Acrobat — print to the PDF driver from any planEASe report or graph screen.
