Basic Analysis overview — the core report showing rate of return and cash flow results from all assumptions entered. Three pages: Page 1 (Before Tax/Before Debt cash flow projection with IRR Before Debt and IRR Before Tax, NPV Before Debt and NPV Before Tax); Page 2 (Taxable Income Projection); Page 3 (After Tax Cash Flow Projection with IRR After Tax and NPV After Tax).

View modes: Horizontal — years, months, or quarters display across the top; prints on one wide page. Vertical — years, months, or quarters display down the side; prints on three separate pages (one per page of Basic Analysis). Period menu: switch between Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly display — all IRR and NPV calculations are always computed on a monthly basis internally regardless of which display period is selected; the display period only affects how the numbers are grouped for viewing.

Printing: File / Print allows selecting which specific pages to print (Page 1, 2, 3, or all). Horizontal view is more compact for presentations; Vertical view provides more detail per period when printed across three pages.
